Today begins the first official work week of 2015. It was definitely difficult to prepare myself to go back to work, but knowing that I have a very full and exciting year ahead of me is making it a bit easier. This year will include so many changes for me, which right now is feeling a little daunting, however I know that things will get easier as I settle in. It was refreshing to get back into a regular schedule with my blog as well. I was a total slacker this past month, and wound up taking advantage of having some time off from work to spend with family and get things done around the house, which was much needed! I plan to be back to my regular posting schedule from here on out, or at least until the baby comes! Speaking of the baby, if you follow me on Instagram you'll know that I hit a big milestone on New Year's Day - I am officially 20 weeks aka half way through my pregnancy. I still can't believe how fast the past 5 months have gone! I am still basically living in tops and jeans from Pink Blush Maternity. This burgundy top is one of my favorites because the material is so soft and it has a unique batwing shape to it that I love.
In addition to Pink Blush, I know that I have mentioned Rocksbox before, but I seriously can't get enough! All of the jewelry I wore with this outfit came from my first Rocksbox. I love how each piece is such a statement that it can be worn on it's own or together to create an eclectic mix. When I first saw this Slate necklace, I knew that it had to be worn with a minimal outfit to allow it to stand out on it's own. It is such a showstopper and was the perfect amount of gold to dress up this outfit. Rocksbox is so affordable at only $19 a month, and it totally worth it because it gives you a chance to try out designer pieces without the designer price tag (unless of course you want to purchase the item, which you can at a discounted price directly from Rocksbox.) Rocksbox is also kind enough to offer Middle of Somewhere readers a chance to try out Rocksbox for only $9 for your first month. All you have to do is follow this link and use the code BEYOURBRIGHTEST. I can't wait to share the most recent Rocksbox I received soon!
